Coaching Effectiveness Training
A 3 hour program designed to Coach Coaches.  Most people coach the way they themselves were coached; whether it is to their benefit or not.  This program, developed by Doctors, physiologists, coaches and athletes that have competed at the highest levels of sport, provides coaching strategies and insight into how to become a better coach and just not in the win-loss column. 

A comprehensive program designed to offer a lifetime of coaching methods in 3 hours.  Some of the topics that will be discussed include:

  • communication
  • motivation
  • physiology
  • recovery
  • refueling
  • hydration

  • development concerns (age appropriate)
