's John Underwood spent three days discussing human performance applications for testing and training, with the world's best warriors, the United States Navy SEALS. "It was one of the most significant experiences I have had in sport. They are simply some of the toughest athletes on the planet.
The training methods they utilize humble those we have used with Olympic and Professional athletes." Underwood made a presentation on training adaptation, fatigue and chemical health.
